Sylvia Rosemary Cotter of Thrupp, Stroud, passed away peacefully on 31st March 2017 aged 60 years. A special, loving wife to John; much loved mother to Emily, Robert and Edward and a dear friend to many. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
